One of technique in photography to produce the final result a beautiful photo and interesting is with selective colors, by using photo editing software, processing most of the areas of photo to black and white or monochrome and exclude the areas/certain parts still colorful. This is very useful to draw viewer attention to one particular area of the photo. Using selective color that you can made mediocrity photo into amazing and dramatic.

Hi
This is a really fine collection! Great job!
This image was shot at Kerstenbeck Photographic Art Studio. The lighting setup used a 400W Alien Bee head with a large grated softbox. From the catchlight in Jessie’s eyes, you can tell that the light was slightly above and Position 2 (45 degrees). The image was B&W converted and color reintroduced using Nikon Capture NX2 to bring out the red dragon on Mark. More studio work at http://www.kerstenbeck.com under Human Element
